George Mason University is having their 2014 Health & Fitness Expo at the Freedom Fitness & Aquatic Center this coming Thursday April 3. The Health and Fitness Expo is a popular event attended by over 500 participants, featuring interactive health education activities, participatory demonstrations, and fitness instruction and challenges. This event is free, open to the public, and promotes health, fitness, and disease prevention while introducing faculty, staff, affiliates and students to resources in the community that can help them lead healthier lives.
Elite will be one of the 90 vendors attending the Expo and will be demonstrating Trigger Point Dry Needling and Strain Counter Strain from 11:30 to 12:30.
