What is Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization?
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is an advanced form of myofascial mobilization, similar to deep-tissue massage. It is primarily used to detect and release scar tissue, adhesions, and fascial restrictions in the musculature.
