Manual Therapy
What is Manual Therapy?
Manual therapy is an integral compenet of your treatment at ESMPT. We believe that the hands on component allows for the therapist to address your pain, mobility deficits,and promote proper tissue healing.
At ESMPT, we incorporate various techniques ranging from joint mobilizations/manipulations,assisted stretching, soft tissue mobilization, cupping, instrament assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), trigger point release, myofascial release, and trigger point dry needling (TDN) just to name a few. The manual techniques utilized will be determined based off the initial evaluation findings and the discussion of your goals with your therapist.
